Gifts 4 Points is a site that I came across, well actually I was referred. That is not the point though, the point is that it pays. I was a bit sketchy about it being a real paying site, when I first started using the site. The reason I stuck with it, is because it only took 3 minutes of my time a day.

Well what type of website is Gift 4 Points? This is a paid to read emails site with other various paid offers. Every now in then they have some paid to click ads too. Most of the other offers are paid to sign up offers, which I tend to stay away from due to the volume of emails one can accumulate doing these types of offers. You will receive 4 to over 20 paid emails a day depending on your area, and what type of offers gifts4points has going on at that time. This is for you to decide though because the more offers you do the faster you get paid. I just don't like sorting through all the extra ads.

How does gifts4points work? Its real simple you register, confirm email, and then sign in. You can find a link at the bottom that will take you directly to the gifts 4 points website, or you can just type gifts4points into your browser. Once you sign in, you will see a bar at the top left corner. Hover the mouse cursor over the earn button, and scroll down to the paid emails and click on it. You will then be given further directions to subscribe to the paid emails. Once you start receiving the paid emails there is a couple of rules. Gifts4points will suspend the paid emails from time to time because people fail to follow their instructions. You must follow these rules so that the website can make money. I am not trying to be smug about this, but it is hard to find free paying legitimate sites, so please follow their rules. The rules will be explained when you subscribe to the paid emails. Please make sure you read them and follow them when you start receiving emails. This way we will ensure that all of us will get paid.

How much does gifts4Points pay per email, and what is the minimum to cash out? You get 2 cents just for signing in(once per day), and 3 to 5 cents per email. Gifts4points plan is that if everyone can do the paid emails correctly they will have over 20 paid emails a day at 5 cents a piece. When you do the math that is over a dollar a day. Right now I am receiving 14 paid emails a day at 3 cents a piece. So that is 44 cents a day counting the login. Keep in mind that is just for the paid emails. The minimum to cash out is 5.00 dollars. This means you should be able to cash out after 12 days of doing just the paid emails. Gifts4points pays to PayPal, and they do pay. I requested 2 payouts, and received my money one to two days later. Gifts4points is one of the best websites I have found so far to make some extra money, and it doesn't eat up much of your time.

Finally Points 2 Shop is a website that actually pays you a one dollar bill (not a check) just to sign up with them. Now all we need is 999,999 more websites like this, and we all could be millionaires. Now I know what you are thinking, there are other websites that offer you 5 dollars, and 10 dollars just for signing up with them. This is true, but those sites won't pay you until you reach certain amount of money. This site actually sends you one dollar in the mail just for signing up. You do not have to reach a cash out minimum. Now it would probably be better off if they would send it to your PayPal account, but we can't have it all. It also Takes 15 business days to receive your one dollar. Now to be up front it took me over a month to get my dollar. I sent a trouble ticket in, and both admin, and the site owner responded to me with in a few hours. This to me told me that it was probably a legit website, and a week later when I received my dollar I knew it was a legit website. They reminded me there was a holiday so it was going to take longer than normal.

Here is how it works. Either you can sign up with the link at the bottom of the page, or just type in Points2Shop in your browser. Once you signed up with Points 2 Shop they will give you 250 points for free right off the top. So you need to log in to the website, and find the reward gallery. Which is under the spend points Icon 2nd from the left at the top of page. Once in the reward gallery, there should be a search bar in the upper left corner. Type one dollar in the search bar and then scroll down and there should be a one dollar bill in the list. Click on the one dollar bill link. After you click on the link find the add to cart link, should be on the right side. Once you clicked the add to my cart list it will take you to purchase rewards page.
It will then show that the dollar costs 100 points, and the shipping costs 44 points, and the taxes is free. If everything looks right click the purchase rewards link. You will still have 106 points left over to put towards another item. After you click the purchase rewards link it will tell you how much extra do you want to pay for shipping. I guess the shipping varies on certain items and to cover it they want you to have some extra points just in case. Just do what they recommend. Do not sweat it, because it only costs a total of 144 points to get the dollar. Once you have purchased the dollar they will send you an email on their website saying that your order has been approved.

Now that you have your dollar ordered from Points 2 Shop you can check their website out, and see the types of rewards that they have to offer if you have not done so already. Then you can go to the earn points page and see what types of offers they have to get more points. The good thing is they have a lot of free offers for you to do to get more points. Now keep in mind you don't have to do nothing else, and you will still get your dollar. So if you don't like the rewards they have, and you don't like the way they have it set up to get more points then don't bother with the site no more. You were still able to get a dollar for 5 or 10 minutes of your time.

Death And Taxes

The word is out that Bank of America, and GE did not pay any thing in taxes for 2010. Then There is the 16 profitable companies that paid less than 5 percent in taxes from Red Hat which made 463 million before taxes , and paid 21 million (4.62%) in taxes to Range Resource Corporation which made 1 billion 228 million before taxes, and paid 7 million (0.53%) in taxes. In fact 115 companies on the S&P 500 paid less than 20 percent in taxes. Of course you have those lovable economy buster companies like AIG and Citigroup which received more in tax credits than they actually paid in taxes. So you, the average American paid more of a percentage in taxes than all these companies did. Its nice to know that some of the companies we bailed out are screwing us again by not paying their fair share in taxes. It definantly not helping out the national deficit any.

Who can blame these companies though? Our government lets them get away with this nonsense, and actually puts policies in place so they can do it. We the people, the geniuses we are keep voting for these fat cat politicians who take money from these companies so they can get reelected. Yet are schools, infrastructure, and workforce go by the way side so we can fight in 3 wars and repeat the cycle all over again in the next elections. So lets get real our tax system is rigged, our political system is rigged, and most people who vote have no clue to why they are voting for that person. Well except for the fact that most people vote for the person who believes in the same social issues as them, like religion, abortion and gay marriage.

Here is a simple solution to this chaotic mess we are in. Corporations, its OK to make 300 million dollars instead of 500 million, or instead of making 2 billion dollars you make 1.3 billion. You guys are blessed to be in the position you are in. I am sure most of these corporations deserve every penny that they make from the hard work, and dedication they put in each and every day. Any good company should know that the bigger you are the more responsibility you have towards this country. Its like a Lieutenant working his or her butt off to make General through out his or her career. Once he or she goes up in rank each time he or she faces more responsibility towards the troops to make their job easier so they can accomplish their missions. They wanted that role just as you guys wanted a big, and prosperous company. Its called a burden of being so successful at what you do. Pay your fair share of taxes. You can make some of your money back by not buying off campaigns. You are still going to be rich. Quit making it so hard for the average American who is the backbone of this country.When the backbone breaks you can't walk and if the average American can't walk all you are going to be left with is your money. You are not only hurting the average American but also small companies that actually need some tax breaks.

Politicians stop being bought. You have the great responsibility of shaping this countries future by passing laws that prevent corporations from using tax loopholes. Instead you allow them to buy you off to get elected and in exchange you give them their tax loopholes. It would be easy to say that we should pass a law that allows the people to impeach a politician who excepts bribes for their campaign in exchange for corporate tax loopholes. Since politicians are the ones who actually make the laws you would never get the majority of politicians to pass this law. What politicians can do is check the track record of these companies. If they are not paying their fair share of taxes don't except any money from these companies . If the politician does except the money everyone from the media to the other politician should hammer the politician in question for excepting bribes.

Finally people need to start voting for politicians who are actually going to do the best job. Why does a family who makes 40 thousand dollars a year vote for a politician who is going to get rid of unions like the Teachers Union. Not only that, but wants to end all collective bargaining rights for these types of unions. This is whats going on in Wisconsin right now. Just remember you get what you vote for. Just because you are a Democrat doesn't mean that the Democrat running for office has your best interests at heart. Then when people figure this out they will vote one politician out of office, and put one back in just like them just because they believe in the same religion as them. Its simple vote for the politician who has your best interests at heart not because they would be fun to have a beer with. If we don't start doing these things we will never get out of this deficit. The rich will keep getting richer, and the poor poorer. Isn't this is how the collapse of Rome started?

Road Rage

It was a five minute trip to the store. She had nothing else going on that day. Yet she has a way of getting all upset taking the back roads to get to that store. She must have thought that taking the back roads would get her there even quicker. The only problem was she ended up getting stuck behind two cars that was not going fast enough for her. With Traffic coming by on the other side she could not pass. This making her Irate, how dare those cars drive the speed limit down the back roads. She starts to role down the window, and yell to make sure the other drivers hear her, "GET THE HELL OUT OF THE WAY", "MOVE DUMB ASS"!

It amazes me how people get all bent out of shape over nothing. There was my friend getting all worked up, because if those cars weren't there she would get to the store 30 seconds faster. At least that is was what I think she thought. For all we know you might just get to the stop light faster, and spend that 30 seconds at the stop light. For all the yelling people like her do, and then waste precious gas zigging and zagging through traffic so they can shave 30 seconds to a minute to get to their destination faster is amazing. Why put that amount of stress on yourself to do what is supposed to be a enjoyable task? Enjoy the moment, especially when you actually have the time.

There is nothing like waking up to a loud blaring car horn in the mourning. Its not just one blow of the horn, but many every 10 seconds for what seems like an eternity. At first you just stuff the pillow over your face to drown out that irritating noise. After five minutes you can't take it no more, and get up to go tell this lazy, self centered @ss hole off. Lucky for him the person he was honking at finally came out before you could take action against that uncalled for nonsense.

Two short Honks of the horn people. Thats all you need. One honk, wait a minute or two. Then you can give another short honk of the horn just in case the person did not hear you. If they don't come out then get off your lazy inconsiderate butt, and walk up to the door, and get the person you are looking for. Well they have a mean dog and they might bite me. Call them on the cell phone then.

If you are the person that is being bombarded with this wave of unpleasantness, and are running behind on schedule. Please fill free to open your door, and give a quick shout of "I will be their in few minutes". This way it saves your neighbors form becoming murderers. How hard is this people? The Good And The Bad

             I have learned the hard way about auto traffic exchanges. One must be very careful when they use these sites. The reason being we tend to get lazy, and leave the comforts of our computer while we let the site surf, and earn us credits. Then we come back and find that 5 Trojan's was sent in 30 minutes of surfing. Now granted if you have a good anti virus you are probably not going to worry about spyware and viruses that much. I tend to look at anti virus programs like wearing a condom. Yes it protects you up to 99 percent, but their still that one percent you can get your girl pregnant. So even though you may have a anti virus on steroids their is that one percent chance you can get a virus because people are always coming up with new ones to try to sabotage you. So my theory is if  I know a traffic exchange site or paid to click site has repeatedly been giving me Trojan's  I stop using that site.
            Now since I have had no luck with auto traffic exchanges I was ready to just stop using them all together. You know what they say, "you can't get a girl pregnant if you don't have sex with her." Does that mean you are going to stop having sex with women forever? Hell No! These are just the chances one must take to find enjoyment in their life. To find the good things in life we have to weed out the bad things. With that being said, here are my sites I recommend staying away from. The first one is called Auto-surf-max, and this is the one that would give me a trojan every 10 ads surfed. The next one you should stay away from is My-traffic-plan, and this one made my computer go haywire where I had to reboot and do a thorough virus check.
            Paidtoclick.in is a ptc site that pays you after 2 cents with paypal, but has some bad reviews on the internet. I will attest to these bad reviews as I have received a trojan from this site too. On Paidtoclick's behalf I did report the ad, and they removed it. The problem is they have a few bad ads, one ad tries to make your computer do a download as soon as you click on it. All though Paidtoclick does pay after 2 cents it is probably not worth the risk. If you stay to the ptc ads you might be all right, but that still could be risky.
           Enough of the bad websites lets get to the two good auto traffic exchanges. Both of these sites are pretty much the same style. How To Decrease The Nations Debt

          
               Its no mystery that this nation is in some serious debt. The question is what are we going to do about this problem? Now we have all heard the angles of who's fault this problem is. "It's Bush's fault, no it's Obama's fault, it's the Republicans fault, no it's the Democrats fault." If you ask me, it is everyone's fault. This country has many bad policies in place. The American people are as much to blame for this as are our elected officials. The reason being we elect bad politicians who have no business running for public office in the first place. Some of us buy our politicians, some of us don't vote, most of us don't hold our politicians accountable when they are being corrupted by big business, big religious groups, or by any group that reap the benefits for themselves and not for the improvement of our great county.
               Now lets look at some things we can do as a county to start paying off the national debt. We could get a team of the top respected financial advisers in the country to come up with a budget for all national elections. We will use the presidential election as an example, since that is the election most of us (including me) are most familiar with. We are going to get this financial advisor to go through the last 5 elections and see how much each election cost for each candidate and average the total cost. This is not how much money each candidate raised, but actually spent on their campaign. This way they can see how much it went up each election. Then they are going to look at how the candidates spent their money. If there is any wasteful spending subtract that from the cost of the average election. Then the advisor can implement a budget of what they think the up coming election should cost based on the previous elections. Each candidate running for president will only be allowed to raise that amount of money that the advisor set forth. If the candidates raise more money than the budget proposed then that money only goes towards the national deficit. They could also put  some money towards a national disaster fund for disasters like hurricane Katrina.
               The next thing our country can do is get rid of the filibuster. As a country we will get more done if this policy is removed  This policy has been abused by a certain party and the country ends up paying for it in the long run. Tough policies are always going to be a close vote that's why they are tough. The majority of the house and senate should be enough to get policies past, we shouldn't need a super majority. If congress  spends most of their time using stall tactics like using the filibuster, then all they are doing is waisting taxpayers money.
              One of the biggest budget cuts we can make is defence spending. Do we still need troops in Japan and Germany still? There are almost 90,000 troops in those 2 counties alone. Last I heard Hitler was dead and I don't think he is coming back. Did you know the U.S. spent  663,255,000,000 on military expenditure's in 2009? That is almost 7 times more than the next closest which was China at 98,800,000,000. There has to be some significant areas that we can cutback on and still have the best military in the world.
             Another area is prisons, 1 out of every 18 men are behind bars, or being monitored. That's over 5 percent of the U.S. population. The reason we have so many people behind bars is the 3 strike rule. This law was primarily made for protecting the public from violent offenders. Instead, the law ended up working against the nonviolent offenders. This is mostly do to the war on drugs, which saw drug offender arrests increase twelve fold since 1980. If we spent more on rehabilitating the drug offenders instead of locking them up with violent offenders we could save ourselves some grief and money. Many times these nonviolent offenders are put into prison where they get caught up in prison politics, and become violent offenders.
             The final way to help draw down the national debt is to legalize marijuana. Many states have already legalized medical marijuana, and California actually put it on their ballot to legalize it for everyone 21 and over. It did not pass though do to many people thinking that it would drive up crime. I think keeping marijuana illegal is fighting the inevitable. Many people believe it is a far better drug than alcohol. People don't get angry and stupid off of to much marijuana the way they do when they drink to much alcohol.  We could benefit from legalizing marijuana in several ways. It would help out the economy because marijuana tends to make people hungry so that would help out the restaurant businesses. Just think how much each state would make in taxes. I bet the upcoming governor of California wished marijuana would of passed due to how much debt California is in.
            In conclusion that is some of my ways to start drawing down the national debt. Now I am not naive enough to think that there will be any major change to anything that I have suggested. People are to stuck in their ways, or to scared to think outside the box. Many people and the government are already talking about these ideas. In fact some ideas have already been put in place by the government. Ending the war on Iraq  is one. The government is also trying to close down Gitmo, but it is turning out to be more complicated than they thought. They are also hoping to withdraw the troops out of Afghanistan by mid to the end of 2011. California tried to to pass the nonviolent rehabilitation act for prisons, but again it failed like the marijuana bill. This is why we need to keep special interests and big money out of politics. This is also why we need to get rid of the filibuster so we can actually pass legitimate bills that do not have to keep bouncing back and forth between the house and senate. When the bill should of already passed because it had the majority of the vote. Then by the time the bill does pass its so water down that all they did was waste time, a whole lot of paper, and the tax payers hard earned money.

The Task At Hand

             Online side jobs, that’s what I call them. This is where people pay you to complete a task for them out of there own pocket. These jobs are not hard to find either. All you have to do is type in your web browser, “make money online for doing tasks.” Then it will bring up a list of various websites where people offer tasks.

             This is a great idea for when a person is really busy to be able to pay someone else online to get the task at hand done for them. It is also a great idea for the individual who needs to make some extra loot to help out with their bills, or possibly get a gift for their kids. This is also a bad deal because some people try to take advantage of other people by paying them very little for a lot of work.

 Here is an example of one of the tasks that I saw. This person was willing to pay 3 dollars if you signed up to there website. Once you signed up, they wanted you to go to the Hits4you website and surf for 1000 credits for there site. Let’s take a look at this more closely. One ad takes 20 seconds to watch at the Hits4you website, and you get one credit, so that’s three credits for every minute. Ten minutes equals 30 credits, one hour equals 180 credits. So you are looking at about six hours just to make 3 dollars. Talk about slave labor. Does the internet need a minimum wage law so people won’t take advantage of other people? 

Here is another example of  more common task offers where people pay on average 2 to 5 cents for you to sign up to a website thus making you their referral.. Even that is low, you can go to paid to click sites like Clicksia (pays 10 to 15 cents), and Scarlet Clicks which pays 15 cents for you to sign up for their offers. Sometimes people will tell you to click 25 ads if you want to get credit for the task or something to that effect. One should want to sign up for the offer to get credit. If you do not like the offer you should not sign up just to get a little money because you will just be waiting time in the long run. It is not worth the little amount of money for the time you have to put in, if you are never going to go back to that site the offer was for once completed.

All the tasks were not bad; some paid 4 to 5 dollars for you to write a 250 to 500 word article. If you are a good writer you could probably finish this in ten to twenty minutes. The only thing is if they don’t like the article they don’t have to pay you. Most likely if you are a good writer you are not going to be wasting your time in sites like this unless you are bored or just want to help someone out. If you are an average writer you can go to sites like text broker.com and they will pay you accordingly to how well your article is written. That way you know you are going to get paid something for your work.  

 Overall the people putting out these tasks can do other options to help out with the lack of pay they are giving for completing there tasks. They could pay some cash and also let the person who completed the task put a link on their website. Lots of people give out free e-books; this could be included in the deal along with some cash. They could also offer their services as a referral as well. The bottom line is there are lots of ways people can pay other people it doesn’t always have to be money.

Every one who is looking for a task to do needs to be careful too. Look around the website, and see if they have a forum. Check to see if there are any complaints about people not paying. Obviously if you find a bunch of complaints I would not use this website to do tasks. With any website that pays always check the Terms of Service and the FAQ’S that way you know what you are getting yourself into. Mostly just use common sense and everything should work out.  

Here We Go Again!

          You have seen these websites before. The ones that promise you the world for only a hour or two a day. These sites that say you need no experience and you will be making money with in 10 minutes all you have to do is sign up. Only if it was the way they said it was, wouldn't the world be a better place.
          Well there I was reviewing  three websites{all of them want some type of payment} who wanted to know what I thought about each one. I am not going to say there name because most  all sites guarantee they can  make you money. As I am going through these sites all of them tell me what I will not have to do. Why can't these sites figure out all people want to know is what they have to do to make money and how? They never give you the information that you really need to make an informed decision on whether its worth it to put up the money for their site.
         Normally this wouldn't be a problem, because one could go onto a forum or a social network and find out if that site is full of crap.You end up just loosing time for your efforts, but is better than getting ripped off. When its a brand new website you can't do this. You just have to make the best informed decision you can with the information given.  
         Now some sites are actually legit and will tell  you what you will be doing,  {for the most part}and might even be accredited  by The BBB. Some sites you can make money off, but they tell lies about what you will be doing, and  its near impossible to make money unless your are a expert. Data entry jobs come to mind on that. You are just finding spots to place ads not filling out forms like they tell you. It ends up costing you more money than you will make.
         Could you imagine applying for a job and they tell you, "we will hire you but you have to pay 50 dollars." After paying you get to the job site, and  instead of being the site foreman  they have you selling power tools. That company would not be able to get people to work for them and they would end up  going out of business
         I have no problem with mlm's or pyramid schemes because at least most of them tell you what they are about.. They should tell you that if you don't sign up this many people you are not going to make any money though. Most people know about those sites anyways, and its sign up at your own risk. Here are my 3 ways to help these sites out:
          *1-On your ad page have a window that you can sign into that will show people what exactly they will be doing.
          *2-Have a free trial period, just enough to give people the idea of what they will have to do to get paid. Then you can charge them accordingly of what you think is a fair amount for the work you put in making the program.
         *3-This might be the riskiest one for the owner of the program, but they are some websites out there who do it this way. Let your program be free so when people sign up all they have to do is read ways to be successful at your program. Then you can throw in some other type of programs or affiliate programs that people can buy to help them be successful at the overall program.
         Sometimes we all need to remember that these  websites are not jobs all though they feel like it at times. These are websites that make programs that say they can help you make money online, and if your successful at it you can turn it into your job. I just think some of these websites need to stop making false advertisements to get people to buy their programs. They may make some money off of people, but there site will not last in the long run If the people don't make money they are not going to make money.







       

        

Can You Hear Me Now?

         How come people believe everything they hear? Is it because they just want to believe what is convenient for them and their life style? Is it because they were brought up that way? Is it because they are just to lazy to find out if what they heard is true or not? Is it because they just want to stir up crap, because its going to piss people off?

         I do not have the answer to these questions, and I don't know if I ever will get the answer to these questions. I have heard many different reasons why this tends to happen. It just seems to me that it's a never ending cycle that you see on Television, radio, or just someone you know. Someone is always spreading some nonsense that is not true.
        One would think that in this day in age where you can get information on anything from anywhere at anytime by just moving your fingers that this would not happen. It just baffles me that some people still believe we walked with dinosaurs, rode on the back of dinosaurs, or just don't believe in dinosaurs. When every respected scientist, university, and museum can prove that they did exist over 65 million years ago. Since there is no mention of dinosaurs in the bible then they couldn't of existed, because you know that every single word in the bible is true. Even though it was written by man, and man is never mistaken about anything. Not only was it written by man, but prehistoric man. They must have been smarter than modern scientists to have written the bible.
        People also need to check more than one source not just the first one they find that talks bad or good about their point of view on a subject. Here is an example  a lady politician from the north part of the country {not going to mention no names Michele Bachmann} decided to help spread a rumor about the Presidents visit to India a couple weeks back. She stated that, "President Obama's trip to India was going to cost 200 million dollars per day." Then the some of the news channels started reporting what Bachmann said. Then people from my sister's work were all upset over the Report. It spreads like a wild fire and most people don't bother finding out the truth. Whats funny is that the war in Afghanistan doesn't even cost 200 million dollars a day.
         In conclusion I think it would behoove all of us to keep an open mind. This is my opinion, and mine only, but I think its fine if you want to be religious. Just don't deny the facts of  subjects like evolution. People start thinking, "I can't believe in evolution, because that would contradict what bible has to say." In the end all  it does is make you look ignorant. I know lots of people who are religious, and still will tell you evolution is a fact.
         Finally please do not believe in everything your congressmen or women have to say because they are a Republican or a Democrat. Just because they might be the same party as you doesn't mean they have your best interests at hand. Remember most of these people will say almost anything to get reelected.
